Payments and Fraud Analyst (Parttime)

We're hiring an enthusiastic colleague to join our Payments & Fraud team at our Fair Play Online Headquarters in Malta! (Parttime)

WHAT YOU DO
As parttime Payments and Fraud Analyst, you are responsible for analysing player accounts to prevent fraudulent behaviour and minimize trends through regular analysis. You will process payments for all players and ensure that any issues arising from these transactions are addressed/escalated in a timely and professional manner. You will serve as an escalation point for AML related inquiries and perform investigations, manage basic daily AML tasks, perform Enhanced Due Diligence checks and be on the lookout for suspicious activity and identifying Politically Exposed Persons. The Payments & Fraud Team is a relatively small team, which means you play a major role in the day-to-day Operations and exert a great influence on the department's success.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment;

• Knowledge of online payments, gaming accounts, banking, and payment processing;

• Previous experience with client risk assessments, CDD, EDD and AML rules;

• Understanding related fraud and risk mitigation laws and regulations;

• Inquisitiveness with a genuine interest in iGaming;

• Excellent analytical skills and a curious mindset;

• An excellent team player, but you can also work well independently;

• A positive attitude and a flexible approach (it is shift work until 22:00);

• The ability to quickly master new technology/systems/applications;

• An excellent level of communication in English (Dutch is a +).
